Veel Karlsen & Co ANS. The company's main activity
will be various consulting work,
concentrated in the Oslo area, but work is performed country
wide.

and
Veel
Karlsen & Co ANS are independent members of the
international
audit association
Moore
Stephens International.
Moore Stephens is represented world wide, without
any partnerships between the associated firms.
Moore
Stephens Norway DA is established as an umbrella
company to coordinate the national and international activities
in the Norwegian audit companies associated to Moore Stephens.
